Same file. Clear evidence.
Try a document check without an account. Compare bytes, then read issuer trust and record status separately.
Choose a scenario
Compare the original bytes with the synthetic reference fingerprint.

SHA-256 and the salted commitment are computed in your browser using the same algorithm as Verify. File contents, names, fingerprints and salts are never sent by this demo.
Or download the synthetic original and changed copy, then select either file below.
Local integrity: Not checked
A match proves the bytes match this synthetic reference. It does not prove the document’s claims, issuer authority or legal validity.
Read the evidence separately
- Chain evidence
- Simulated anchor present
- Issuer trust
- Fictional reviewed issuer — simulation
- Record status
- Active record — simulation
- Legal validity
- Not assessed
Revocation changes a record’s status, not its file fingerprint. Unknown issuer trust stays unknown even when the bytes match. “Active” describes a record, not a legal conclusion or an expiry check.
In a real check, chain receipts and the latest issuer and revocation information must be read from their sources. This demo cannot check an existing public proof.
