Create and publish

1. Select an owned Trace product and optionally an owned batch.
2. Enter product identity, composition totaling 100%, and care instructions in at least one language.
3. Select optional public fields and authorized source documents or stages.
4. Save, review the public preview, then publish as an administrator.

Privacy and publication history

Facility address, supplier, price, customer and internal notes always remain private.

Draft edits do not change the published version. Republish creates an immutable revision under the same link. Withdrawal removes the next public view; it cannot recall copies already downloaded.

Document status

Public document status is checked separately from the frozen snapshot. Pending, revoked or unavailable sources are never presented as confirmed. Chain outages do not remove product text.

Access and exports

Viewers can read internal records, editors can edit drafts, and administrators can publish, withdraw, archive and export internal manifests. Source permissions are checked separately.

The public link exports only the current public fields. It does not expose internal identifiers or historical private revisions. QR labels contain only the stable public URL.
