Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Contact us. During the pilot, iBlockTechs opens your company workspace and the products you need. A workspace starts on the Free plans.

How do I pay for a paid plan?

With a signed order and an invoice. Once the order is signed, we activate the plan for the agreed term. The quotas and team limits are the ones shown on this page. No payment card is needed.

Are Verify and Trace billed together?

They can be on the same order, but each product has its own plan and limits in the workspace.

Does public verification use my document quota?

No. Quotas count successful new registrations. Public verification, QR scans, failed attempts and safe retries of the same request do not use quota.

What happens when the contract ends?

The product returns to the Free limits. Documents registered earlier stay valid; the end of a contract does not revoke them.

Does a Trace recipient need a paid plan to accept a handover?

No. An invited recipient can accept a handover without a paid subscription, and acceptance is not blocked by the recipient’s own quota.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are listed in US dollars per month, before tax. Applicable tax is shown on the invoice.

Is a Verify record an electronic signature?

No. A Verify record shows that a file with this exact fingerprint was registered by the organization named on the record at the recorded time, and whether it was later revoked. It does not prove that the content is true, and it is not a qualified electronic signature.
