Project enquiries
When you submit the project form, we receive your name, email address, selected project context, preferred next step, and message. We use this information only to assess and respond to the enquiry, arrange a conversation, and maintain a reasonable record of the relationship.
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. You may request earlier deletion.
Website measurement
The site records a small set of events such as a page view, case-study opening, call-request click, and successful form submission. Each event contains the page path, language, referring host when available, and a random session identifier that expires when the browser session ends.
We do not use advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or analytics cookies. Browser “Do Not Track” is respected. Anonymous event records are retained for up to 180 days.
Service providers and location
Hosting and database infrastructure providers process information on our behalf to operate the site securely. Information may be processed outside your country under the safeguards available through those providers and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Contact us at the email above; we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes
If the form, measurement approach, or providers materially change, this notice will be updated and the date above will change.
